Editing SSL certificates

As a business user, you can edit an SSL certificate.

About this task

To edit a system certificate, refer to the following instructions.

Procedure

  1. To edit a system certificate in the CTE and production configurations, click Edit from the action options menu.
  2. On the CTE Configurations window, select a certificate to upload.
  3. Optional: Provide a description.
  4. Click Upload.
    To upload a new certificate, click Upload a new certificate.
  5. To deploy the edited certificate to CTE, click Deploy to CTE.
  6. To test your certificate on your system, select the Did you test your certificate checkbox.
  7. Optional: If you want to edit the system certificate in the production environment, as well, repeat steps 1 - 5.
  8. To deploy the edited certificate to production, click Deploy to production.
    Your SSL certificated is now edited and deployed.
  9. On the Select connections to update window, select the check boxes corresponding to the connections that can access the updated certificate.
  10. Click Update selected connections.
    On the details page, you can see the confirmation message along with the updated certificate details.
