Limiting access to personal data

Access to personal data is restricted by roles and permissions.

Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) and Company administrators can view and change personal data for company users. Assignment of these roles must be limited to those with a need to know in the course of conducting business. Remove personal data when it is no longer needed, or when requested by its owner.
