Tag Tab

The following list describes the properties for the Tag tab on Positional Record Properties dialog box:

Tag

Record identification code tag.

The record tag for each record enables the translator to recognize that record.

Position

Position of the tag (record identification code) in the record (where the tag begins within the record).

Length

Length of the tag (record identification code) in the record.
