Purging the Transaction Register Database Table
By default, data in the Transaction Register table is deleted after thirty days (from the date the data was added to the table), so that the table does not continue to grow unchecked. If you wish, you can change the number of days after which data is deleted or remove this control altogether. See Change the Transaction Register Table Purge Control for more information about changing or removing the Transaction Register purge control.
Note: You can use the Transaction Register function
to view and delete data in the Transaction Register table.
The following list describes the fields on the Standard Rule tab with the Select standard rule selected and Transaction Register selected from the Table and key (or group) list:
