Delete a Code List or Code List Entry

About this task

Note: Be certain that you want to delete the code list or code list entry. When you click Delete, the selected code list (or code list entry) is deleted without a warning message.

To delete a code list:

Procedure

  1. From the Edit menu, select Code Lists.
  2. In the Code Lists dialog box, select the code list you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete to delete the code list.

To delete a code list entry:

  1. From the Edit menu, select Code Lists.
  2. In the Code Lists dialog box, select the code list from which you want to delete a code list entry and click Change.
  3. In the Edit Code List Entry dialog box, select the code list entry and click Delete.
  4. Click OK to save the code list.
