Explanation Unable to complete command because the fabric configuration
was not found. 

User response This error typically occurs when the member configuration
process was not completed correctly or a configuration was not provided
for the fabric. Check the documentation and make sure that all steps
in the member setup process have been completed, and check that fabric
configuration has been provided and loaded (the config list fabric
console command can be used to check the fabric configuration) before
retrying this command.
