BCXSM0708E Unable to add schedule because communication with server timed out

Explanation When attempting to add a schedule, a response from
the scheduling service was not received before the timeout period
expired.  If an error was not reported for the delete, purges for
the requested purge type are disabled until the command completes
successfully. 

User response Verify that at least one operational member is available
by using the member list command from a console.  Check the logs on
the operational members to see whether the scheduling service is having
failures.  Retry this command.
