BCXSM0707E Unable to communicate with the server to delete schedule

Explanation When communicating with the scheduling service via
the messaging service the communication was interrupted which prevented
the schedule from being deleted.  If an error was not reported for
the delete, purges for the requested purge type is effectively disabled
until the command completes successfully.
