BCXSM0706E Failed to communicate with the server to add schedule

Explanation When communicating with the scheduling service via
the messaging service a failure occurred that prevented the schedule
from being added.  If an error was not reported for the delete, purges
for the requested purge type is effectively disabled until the command
completes successfully. 

User response Verify that the messaging service is available and
is not reporting a failure, and retry this command.
