BCXSM0053E Failed to retrieve the configuration from the data grid

Explanation Unable to complete the command because a failure
occurred when retrieving the configuration from the data grid. 

User response This error typically occurs when the member configuration
process was not completed correctly or the data grid is not available.
Check the documentation and make sure that all steps in the member
setup process were completed and check that at least one catalog and
one container members are running before retrying this command.  Retry
the export operation.
