BCXSM0030E Failed to retrieve the configuration from the data grid

Explanation Unable to complete the command because there was
a failure retrieving the configuration from the data grid. 

User response This typically occurs when the member configuration
process was not completed correctly or the data grid is not available.
Check the documentation and make sure that all steps in the member
setup process were completed and check that at least one catalog and
one container members are running before retrying this command.  Configure
the member by issuing the member config command from the virtual appliance
console. If the error happened during the initial deployment wizard,
issue the wizard configure-members command from the console to continue
deployment.
