BCXSM0027E Failed transaction and rollback with the data grid

Explanation Unable to complete command because the transaction
with the data grid failed and the transaction failed to roll back. 

User response  If the error happened during the initial deployment
wizard, issue the wizard configure-members command from the console
to continue deployment.
