BCXSM0026E Failed to initialize connection with the data grid

Explanation Unable to complete command because the connection
to the data grid could not be initialized. 

User response This error typically occurs when the member configuration
process was not completed correctly or the data grid is not available.
Check the documentation and make sure that all steps in the member
setup process were completed for the data grid, and check that at
least one catalog and one container members are running before retrying
this command.  If the error happened during the initial deployment
wizard, issue the wizard configure-members command from the console
to continue deployment.
