BCXSM0021E Failed to find a catalog server entry in which the server matched the member name

Explanation When trying to deploy a catalog member, there was
a failure matching the provided member name with a server name of
a catalog server entry in the provided grid configuration. 

User response Run the member enable command from the appliance
console and provide a member name that matches the configuration imported.
Then, run the member config command again from the appliance console.
 If the error happened during the initial deployment wizard, issue
the wizard configure-members command from the console to continue
deployment.
