Stopping and starting an AS4 receiver

The AS4 receiver is automatically started when it is created, and can be stopped when necessary. Based on your requirements, you can temporarily stop an AS4 receiver and restart it when required.

To stop and start an AS4 receiver, complete the following steps.

1. Log in to AS4 Microservice. You must have Master Account Administrator permissions to start and stop an AS4 receiver.
2. Click Exchanges > Receivers.
3. On the Receivers page, click the name of the AS4 receiver that you want to stop.
4. On the detailed view page for that receiver, click Stop.
   Note: You cannot stop an AS4 receiver that is used by an exchange profile.
5. Optional: To restart a stopped AS4 receiver, click Start to start the receiver.
