Deleting a RESTful HTTP or HTTPS exchange profile

You can delete a RESTful HTTP or HTTPS exchange profile if it no longer meets your business requirements. Use Exchange Profiles to delete a RESTful HTTP or HTTPS exchange profile.

About this task

An exchange profile defines the participating organizations (owner organization and trading partner), receivers, destinations, and connections and security settings. You can remove a RESTful HTTP or HTTPS exchange profile that you no longer need.

Procedure

To delete a RESTful HTTP or HTTPS exchange profile:

  1. Log in to AS4 Microservice as a user with the permissions to administer a RESTful HTTP or HTTPS exchange profile.
  2. Click Exchanges > Exchange Profiles.
  3. On the Exchange Profiles page, click the name of the RESTful HTTP or HTTPS exchange profile that you want to delete.
  4. On the detailed view page for that exchange profile, navigate to the Deploy Exchange Profile section and click Delete.
    Remember: You cannot delete an exchange profile that is being used. The Delete button is displayed only after the exchange is undeployed. However, if you undeploy an exchange profile while an exchange is in process, the message exchange might fail.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. Click OK to confirm the removal of the exchange profile.
