Scheduling Wizard: Configuration Page for Business Processes and Reports

When you use the scheduling wizard, you must determine your configuration options for business processes and reports.

Option Description
Business Process For business processes only. Identify the business process for which you are creating a schedule.
Choose report to schedule

Format

For reports only. Identify the report to schedule and its format.

Report formats are: PDF (default), HTML, or XLS.

Name, Value, Append For business processes only. Enter name/value pairs for XML data to be passed to the business process.

For each name/value pair, you can choose to have the data overwritten or appended each time this name/value pair is passed. Check Append if you want data appended.

After entering a Name and Value for one name/value pair (and checking Append if necessary), click Add. The pair displays in the table onscreen. Repeat for each additional name/value pair.

To delete a name/value pair from the table, select it and click Delete.

Tip: The bprecovery.properties file lists the following valid scheduling names and default values:
  • auto_terminate_days=14
  • num_states=1
  • auto_terminate_state1=halted
  • auto_terminate_batch=1000
