Refreshing the mailbox navigation pane

You do not need to log out and back in to update your mailbox navigation pane. Refresh your Mailbox Explorer page to view changes and additional mailboxes that are created during your session.

1. Optional: To refresh all mailboxes in the mailbox navigation pane, right-click on the Root mailbox and click Refresh.
2. Optional: To refresh a section of the mailbox navigation pane, right-click on a mailbox and click Refresh.
   The selected mailbox and the submailboxes within that mailbox are displayed in their current state. Mailboxes retain their expanded or collapsed view as they were before the refresh. All data that is associated with the selected mailbox is updated, including messages, events, and permissions.
