Disabling Automatic BICPlusIBAN Validation for the SWIFT_BICPlusIBAN Code List

The SWIFT_BICPlusIBAN code list is the only code list that uses BICPlusIBAN validation. If you want to disable the automatic BICPlusIBAN validation, access the translator_swift_<year>.properties file and change this property to NO to turn off the validation:
