Moving messages from mailboxes
You can move messages from a mailbox to a different mailbox from the Mailbox Explorer.
Procedure
To move messages from a mailbox, complete the following steps:
- In the Mailbox Explorer, navigate to the mailbox that contains the messages that you want to move.
- On the Messages tab, select the messages that you want to move, and click Move.
- Select the Target Mailbox, and click Move.
- Click Yes to confirm the moving of the messages.
