Moving messages from mailboxes

You can move messages from a mailbox to a different mailbox from the Mailbox Explorer.

Procedure

To move messages from a mailbox, complete the following steps:

  1. In the Mailbox Explorer, navigate to the mailbox that contains the messages that you want to move.
  2. On the Messages tab, select the messages that you want to move, and click Move.
  3. Select the Target Mailbox, and click Move.
  4. Click Yes to confirm the moving of the messages.
