Monitoring events
You can view all events for each Global Mailbox message. Information about the processing status of the event, the processing data center for the event, and the date that the event was generated is available for each event.
You might want to view all events for a message for the following list of reasons:
- Confirm that an event was generated for a specific message in the Global Mailbox that you want the message to arrive at.
- Confirm that the event rule is set up correctly, and that it is generating events for the appropriate Global Mailbox.
- Check the processing status of a message with Sterling B2B Integrator when the message is added to a Global Mailbox.
