Problems and solutions for browser support

The following browsers are supported in AS4 Microservice:
  • Mozilla Firefox version 17 and higher
  • Internet Explorer® version 8 through 10
Note: Google Chrome and Internet Explorer® 11 are not supported.

A hardware rendering issue is observed in Internet Explorer® 10.

Symptoms

Radio buttons and check boxes are not displayed properly when Internet Explorer 10 is used.

Resolving the problem

The issue might be related to hardware rendering on Internet Explorer® 10. To resolve the issue complete the following steps on Internet Explorer® 10 user interface:
  1. Go to Tools > Internet Options.
  2. On the Internet Options window, go to the Advanced tab.
  3. Select the Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering check box.
