Restoring the failed queue managers

After all the failed files are reprocessed, restore the failed queue managers.

1. Start the queue managers by using strmqm <queue manager>.
   Important: Use -x if you are using a multi-queue manager.
2. Ensure that files are being uploaded to both data centers and that all messages are processing.
