Deleting a message

Mailbox administrators can delete messages in Mailbox Explorer, or in an open message.

1. In Mailbox Explorer, select or open the message that you want to delete.
   To delete multiple messages, press and hold Shift or Ctrl and select the messages that you want to delete.
2. Click Delete.
3. Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the message.
   Important: If you delete a message, it cannot be recovered.
