After upgrading, you must restore the performance tuning configuration.
Procedure
To restore the performance tuning configuration, complete the following
steps:
-
From the Administration Menu, select Operations
> System > Performance >
Tuning.
-
Next to Edit Performance Configuration, click
Go!
-
Navigate through all configurations in the tuning wizards and verify the settings for the
tuning parameters.
-
Select Save or Finish.
-
Ensure all property files, database tables, scripts, and services are synchronized, and
then restart Sterling B2B Integrator.
For example, to do this:
- Run the command:
- Unix/Linux:
setupfiles.sh
- Windows:
setupfiles.cmd
- Restart Sterling B2B Integrator.
Note: On Windows systems, this may trigger the services to be
reinstalled. If not, it may be required to manually run
InstallWindowsService.cmd. If the Sterling B2B Integrator requires access
to specific Windows resources, such as a File Share, then the services will need to be edited
to add the correct Logon As account information. It is recommended to
check the Windows Services prior to running setupfiles.cmd and
InstallWindowsService.cmd to confirm current configuration.
