Post installation configuration tasks

After you install Sterling B2B Integrator you must complete some post installation configuration tasks depending on your system and business needs.

The following table lists some of the configurations that you can complete after you install Sterling B2B Integrator.

If you are using a clustered environment, you must consider additional tasks as applicable. For more information, see Post-installation tasks for a clustered environment.

After installation, several default user accounts are automatically created to get you started. For security purposes, the system administrator should update all default user account passwords immediately after installation is completed. See Changing default user account passwords.

If you are using the Unix/Linux operating system and if you are using an IPv6 address in a dual stack configuration, add the IPv6 Address for the Dual Stack Configuration.  
Determine if you need to modify any property files. For more information, see IPv6 Address for the Dual Stack Configuration.
