Node not displayed in IBM Control Center
If your system is configured for monitoring by IBM® Control Center, the dashboard in IBM Control Center displays the components and status of Global Mailbox. If your components are not displayed, you can take actions to correct the problem.
Symptoms
Your organization has IBM Control Center installed and configured to monitor Global Mailbox, but your components are not displayed in IBM Control Center.Causes
The following are possible causes for not receiving notifications from IBM Control Center:- IBM Control Center is not installed or configured. IBM Control Center requires a separate license.
- The configuration in Global Mailbox to connect to IBM Control Center is incorrect.
- The configuration is incorrect in IBM Control Center.

Take the following steps to determine the source of the problem:- Is IBM Control Center monitoring working correctly? This means that you can log in to IBM Control Center and see the status of the Global Mailbox nodes you are investigating in the Web console dashboard. Was it working prior to this incident? If so, what has changed?
