Backing up and restoring Global Mailbox and Sterling B2B Integrator nodes

The same backup and restore procedure is used for the initial node and additional nodes of Global Mailbox and Sterling B2B Integrator

Procedure

To back up and restore Global Mailbox and Sterling B2B Integrator nodes, complete the following steps:

  1. Follow the backup and restore procedures for Sterling B2B Integrator that are provided in Backup and Restore.
  2. Ensure that the backups include all subdirectories under the Sterling B2B Integrator installation directory, including the following Global Mailbox directories:
    • MailboxReplicator
    • MailboxUtilities
    • wlp
  3. Restore the node.
  4. Restart the node.
