Delete an AS3 Contract

The AS3 Trading Partner wizard also enables you to delete AS3 contracts. You can delete AS3 contracts when a contract no longer exists between two trading partners.

Note: If an active AS3 contract exists, Sterling B2B Integrator does not allow you to delete the profiles associated with that trading contract.

To delete AS3 contract information:

Procedure

  1. From the Administration menu, select Trading Partner > AS3.
  2. In the AS3 Configurations page, under List, next to AS3 Trading Contracts, click Go!

    In the AS3 Contracts page, a list of trading contracts displays.

  3. In the list, locate the contract you want to delete and click delete.
  4. In the message prompting you to confirm your intent to delete, complete one of the following actions:
    • Click OK to continue the deletion.
    • Click Cancel to cancel the deletion.
  5. In the Resource Summary page, review the information and click Next.
    Note: When you click Delete, you completely remove this contract from the database. This action cannot be undone.
  6. In the Confirm page, click Delete to complete the deletion.
