Administering destinations

Messaging destinations are used by exchange profiles in AS4 Microservice when sending messages or message disposition notifications.

Viewing usage of a destination
The detailed view page for each destination displays an encapsulated view of the resources that currently use the destination.
Updating an HTTP or HTTPS destination
AS4 Microservices delivers a payload to the HTTP or HTTPS destination, as specified by the trading partner. Updating an HTTP or HTTPS destination may include specifying the destination URL, the certificates to be used for the secure connection, and the connection timeout period. You must have master account administrator permissions to update an HTTPS destination.
Removing an HTTP or HTTPS destination
You can remove an HTTP or HTTPS destination that is associated with a trading partner if it is not used by an exchange profile. Use Destinations to manage existing HTTP or HTTPS destinations.
Updating a messaging destination
In AS4 Microservice, a messaging destination is required to send messages to the business application to a message queue. A message exchange is completed when a message is sent to the business application.
Removing a messaging destination
You can remove a messaging destination that is associated with a trading partner if it is not used by an exchange profile or conformance policy. Use Destinations to manage existing messaging destinations.
Updating a pull destination
A pull destination is used in an inbound two-way push pull or inbound one-way pull message exchange pattern.
Changing the default pull destination
A pull destination is used in an inbound two-way push pull or inbound one-way pull message exchange pattern.
Removing a pull destination
You can remove a pull destination if it is not used by an AS4 exchange profile. Use Destinations to manage existing pull destinations.
