Configuring the Visibility Event Sender adapter

Configure the Visibility Event Sender adapter to send custom visibility event messages from Sterling B2B Integrator to AS4 Microservice.

Before you begin

Before you begin this task, you need:
  1. The adapter container that you created for the Sterling B2B Integrator bridge adapters.
  2. This adapter can be grouped. If you are not using a group, you can use the default Group type, which is None.
  3. To have configured a MEIG Messaging Config adapter.

Procedure

  1. From the Deployment menu, select Services > Configuration.
  2. On the Services Configuration page, in the New Service area, click Go!.
  3. On the Services Configuration page, enter Visibility Event Sender Adapter and click Next.
  4. In the Name field, enter a new descriptive name. If you are configuring this adapter to test the adapter installation, do not change the adapter name.
  5. In the Description field, enter a new description for the adapter.
  6. Choose the adapter container that you created for the bridge adapters.
  7. In the Select a group area, select the group type for the adapter or accept the default and click Next.
  8. From the Configuration Adapter Instance menu, choose the messaging configuration adapter to use and click Next.
  9. On the Confirm page, verify that the displayed settings are correct and click Finish.
