Disable a Trading Partner Record

You can disable a trading partner record from the Administration menu.

About this task

To disable a trading partner record:

Procedure

  1. From the Administration menu, select Trading Partner > Advanced > Record Name.
    Where Record Name is one of the following:
    • Identities
    • Transports
    • Document Exchange
    • Delivery Channels
    • Packages
    • Profiles
  2. Use Search or List to locate the record you want to disable.
  3. Next to the record name, deselect the Enabled box. The record is disabled.
  4. Click Return to continue.
