Registering Sterling B2B Integrator Installation with SAP System Landscape Directory

SAP's System Landscape Directory is the central information repository for SAP's system landscape (Software Catalogue). It contains information about all installable and installed components in a system landscape. SAP requires Sterling B2B Integrator to register with the System Landscape Directory to increase visibility of SAP's third party applications.

SLDRegistrationTool allows you to send the registration request from Sterling B2B Integrator to SAP. Complete the following steps to register Sterling B2B Integrator with SAP's System Landscape Directory.
  1. Use an adapter instance to deploy the SLDRegistrationTool.war file from <si_root>/client/sapsldtool/SLDRegistrationTool.war.
  2. When configuring an HTTP Server adapter to deploy the WAR Archive, you must configure an HTTP Listen Port and a Uniform Resource Indicator (URI) for the War Archive. To navigate to the SLDRegistrationTool, compose a URL out of the host name of the Sterling B2B Integrator system, the HTTP Listen Port and the URI. For example, http://myhost:10100/sldregistrationtool , where myhost is the host name of Sterling B2B Integrator, 10100 is the HTTP Listen Port, and sldregistrationtool is the URI.
  3. Navigate to the URI where you have deployed SLDRegistrationTool.
  4. Start SLDRegistrationTool.
  5. Log in to Sterling B2B Integrator using your credentials.
  6. After the .war file is deployed in an HTTP Server adapter with URI /sldtool and port, you can access the SLDRegistration tool from http://<sihost>:<port>/sldtool. Configure the following parameters:
