Options for Exporting Resources

When you perform an export, you select one or more types of resources to export. Then, the export wizard provides options for specifying by version and resource tag, which copies of each selected resource you want to export.

The version-related options are:

Standard – exports copies of the non-versioned resources and the default version of versioned resources.
Advanced – export copies of the non-versioned resources and, for versioned resources, enables you to choose either to export only default versions or all versions.

You can export resources that are associated with a particular resource tag or choose to export resources independently of any association with a tag. Resources associated with a tag are not tied to the tag; you can export them without selecting the associated tag.
