Validating the processing of files after upgrade

After you upgrade Global Mailbox to version 6.0 or later, you can verify whether the files that are uploaded to Global Mailbox are processed successfully. You can validate the processing of files from the Global Mailbox user interface.


To validate the processing of files, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to Sterling B2B Integrator.
  2. In the Admin Console, click Administration Menu > Deployment > Global Mailbox > Mailbox Administration.
  3. Click Launch Global Mailbox Management Tool.
  4. Under Root, verify that the files that are uploaded to the Producer mailbox are automatically uploaded to the Consumer mailbox.


If the files are automatically uploaded, upgrade is successful and file processing works correctly.
