Validating the calling of a business process after upgrade

After you upgrade Global Mailbox to version 6.0 or later, you can verify whether businesses processes are being called correctly after events occur. You can validate the calling of business processes from the Sterling B2B Integrator user interface.


To validate the calling of a business process, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to Sterling B2B Integrator.
  2. In the Admin Console, click Administration Menu > Business Processes > Monitor.
  3. Search for a business process.
  4. Check the State of the business process.

    If the business process is called successfully when an event occurs, the State of the business process is Completed.

  5. Click the ID of the business process to view the details of the business process detail.

    The Status of the steps in the business process must be Success.
