Configuring Global Mailbox with IBM Control Center

Global Mailbox sends system events to IBM Control Center V6.1 or later to facilitate monitoring the status of Global Mailbox processes. Global Mailbox administrators must enable IBM Control Center functions, configure the connections to IBM Control Center, and specify the types of events that IBM Control Center receives.

Global Mailbox administrators can enable external systems event notifications, heartbeat event notifications, and Global Mailbox event notifications independently for IBM Control Center based on their specific business needs.
