Task: Create an Adapter Container

The MQ File Transfer Edition Agent Adapter can not run on the ASI node. If there is no Adapter Container already in place, you must create one for the MQ File Transfer Edition Agent Adapter. You need to know the location for the Adapter Container.

This task is performed on the Sterling B2B Integrator Admin Console.

Procedure

  1. Configure an Adapter Container in Sterling B2B Integrator.
  2. Use the Performance Tuning Wizard to change the Maximum Heap Size (MB) to at least 1024 MB. If using a Sun JVM, set the Maximum Permanent Generation Size (MB) to at least 256 MB.
