Resolving Database Errors
If the business process failed because the database could not receive it, you can resolve the error two ways.
If you receive an error describing that the business process failed because database could not receive it, complete one of the following actions:
- If you received this error when Sterling B2B Integrator attempted to start the business process, run the business process again.
- If you received this error while a business process is running, resume or restart the business process.
