Establish a Connection if a Perimeter Server Shows as Disconnected
You can troubleshoot the connection if a perimeter server shows as disconnected.
Complete the following steps if you cannot establish a connection between Sterling B2B Integrator and a perimeter server:

Use the
netstat
command to verify that the perimeter server is listening on the expected port. - Verify that the firewall between Sterling B2B Integrator and the perimeter server is configured to allow this connection.
- Verify that only one Sterling B2B Integrator is configured to use this perimeter server.
