- If the service or adapter is enabled, from the Operations menu,

- View the log associated with the service that encountered
the error. The log may show where the error occurred or what caused
the error.
- Correct the error where possible and select Resume from
the Business Process Detail page. If the log does not contain information
about the error, resume the instance and verify your results.

- Troubleshoot the business process to determine
what caused the service to stop running.
