Migration scope and limitations

The following limitations apply to migration from traditional Sterling B2B Integrator mailboxes to Global Mailbox:

• Users must have a virtual root to a migrating mailbox.
• Groups permissions are not migrated.
• The migrated messages retain their equivalent extractability setting in Global Mailbox. Duplicate messages are handled according to the Global Mailbox configuration. The messages are not filtered based on user, permission, name or other criteria (other than extractability). After successful migration, each traditional message is unextractable (Extractable=NO) in Sterling B2B Integrator.
• The new Global Mailbox messages are created with routing suppressed to avoid double processing of any producer messages.
