Back Up and Restore

It is good practice to back up Sterling B2B Integrator regularly to protect your data in a hardware failure, system failure, or a catastrophic event.

The Back Up and Restore tasks contain general instructions. Your installation might require other steps not identified in the tasks. These are system level instructions. Ensure that you have sufficient access and file permissions before attempting to back up or restore Sterling B2B Integrator. If you encounter problems with these tasks contact IBM® Customer Support.
