How to convert a traditional mailbox to Global Mailbox

Converting a traditional mailbox to Global Mailbox in Sterling B2B Integrator involves exporting the files from Sterling B2B Integrator and importing the mailboxes, permissions, and events into Global Mailbox.

To convert a traditional mailbox to Global Mailbox, complete the following steps:

1. Export records from Sterling B2B Integrator.

2. Import the records into Global Mailbox.

   For more information, see Importing into Global Mailbox.

The existing Consumer > Inbox mailbox structure of the traditional mailbox is retained when it is converted to Global Mailbox.
