B2B Lookup Service

The B2B Lookup service is used by other services and business processes to retrieve trading partner contract records and profile information.

The B2B Lookup service runs automatically when the B2B Send, B2B Respond or B2B Request-Response service, or the B2B_LOOKUP system business process is used. Therefore, for many of your business processes, you do not need to include the B2B Lookup Service.

Note: You must configure the trading profile and contract before the B2B Lookup service runs.
