Accessing myFileGateway 2.0

An administrative user must establish an account for a Partner before the Partner can access myFileGateway 2.0.

Complete the following steps to access the myFileGateway 2.0 application.

1. Get the URL for myFileGateway 2.0 from an administrative user.
2. Disable the software to block pop-up ad windows in your browser.
3. Log in to the myFileGateway 2.0 application with the user name and password that are provided by the administrative user.
   Remember: Administrative users of Sterling File Gateway cannot access the myFileGateway 2.0 application.
   Note: When the myFileGateway 2.0 application is idle for some time, an error occurs. This happens because the security token expires due to inactivity. Log in to the myFileGateway 2.0 application again and a new user session starts.
