If a user enters an incorrect password too many times, the user account is locked
until the admin unlocks it and either resets the password for the user or sends a
password reset link to the user.

Go to Admin > Users.

To unlock an account, click Edit for the locked user
account.
Click Unlock next to the username.

To reset the user account password, go to
Security.
The admin can either send a password reset link, or set a new password.
- To send a password reset link, click Send password reset
link.
- To set a new password, select Set password. Enter
the new password in the password fields. Select Prompt to change
password on next login to require the user to update their
password from the one assigned by the admin.
