Copying a workflow

  1. Click Workflows.
  2. In the Workflow Definitions list, click the More icon to the right of the workflow you want to copy and click Duplicate.
  3. In the dialog, update the information as needed and click Create.
    1. Enter a new workflow name.
    2. Select Deep copy? to create copies of templates used within the workflow. The templates become configurations in the duplicated workflow.
    3. In Create in folder, select the folder where the workflow will be placed.
    4. Select a role in Run instances as.
    5. Click Create.
