Managing workflows and jobs
You can manage your workflows and jobs by changing their current activity.
See Automation app: Overview for more information about workflows and jobs.
Managing workflows
On the Workflows page, you can change the current activity of a workflow to achieve your goals; for example, you might need to edit a workflow that is active and is currently launching new jobs.

Managing jobs
Manage your jobs on the Job Queue page. Check the box to the left of the job and click the action described in the first column below:
User Clicks . . . | Resulting Change to Job Behavior | New Status (in Status Column) |
---|---|---|
Cancel running jobs | You can cancel jobs in Running now or Queued status. For an in-progress (blue dot on step indicates in-progress) transfer step, Automation sends an asynchronous cancel request to the node, then reports the job as cancelled. Automation does not track the node response; if the node fails to cancel the transfer, the transfer continues even though you cancelled the job. All queued jobs are automatically cancelled. |
Cancelled |
Delete jobs | Deletes the job from the list of jobs on the page. | Removed from page |
To see the status for each step of an existing job, click a job in the list. Steps are marked green for success, blue for in progress, and red for failed.
