Assign the organization administrator role
An org admin has full administrative rights in your Aspera on Cloud org, with these exceptions: creating a new ATS node and creating a new ATS admin.
There can be one or more administrators in an organization. An administrator is a member of the organization and may or may not be a member of a workspace or an app.
To create a new user, see Create and manage users.
To add org admin privileges to an existing user, do the following:
- Go to Users > Management.
- Browse or filter for the intended user, then click the row to open the user record.
- Select the Organization admin checkbox.
- Click Save.
Remove admin privileges by clearing the checkbox and saving.
